ATTENTION: BLOG HAS MOVED!

Because the writer is dumb, back when I created this blog I just made it as a secondary blog to my main. Because of this, I cannot ask questions in character. I thought I could just deal with it, but it’s been bugging me. So, if you’d like please go follow my new blog. C: It’s the same url, hopefully you’ve noticed this one has changed haha. Anyway, I’ll stop rambling.

(( I’ve been thinking about making another blog to be able to ask in character to actually interact more - or should I just keep this one and just always have Steve: if I want to ask in character with my main? idk, ugh I’ve got about nearly 400 posts on this blog now blahhhhhh ))

((I’d love to RP with you, so I’d be following the other one if you made one. Actually I was half tempted to ask if I could help with the askstevecortez blog haha))

((eheh <3
I’m just a dumb and didn’t realized if I made a secondary blog on my main, I can’t ask as that particular blog. I wish there was a way that you could switch around with just one account… > n>
might actually be a good thing for me because half the time the rp blogs I follow get lost in the other 400 blogs I follow that have nothing to do with rp or mass effect >_> ))

((You can do whichever. If you want a different blog, you can change the URL to like “askstevecortezarchive” or something so people can see your posts.))

(( hmm, that’s a good idea. Though I’m also terribly sentimental so a part of me  is just all “omg I’m starting all over”  >_> lolI’mdumb ))

Anonymous sent: Robert got saved from the Collectors, but he doesn't remember you and has a wife now.

Well…I could only wish for his happiness if he can’t remember me. No matter how hard that’d hurt.

Try your hardest to make my character cry.

Tears of Joy count too. If you want to go that route.

The Illusive Man just sits there, watching and does nothing when the slight rattle registers through the comm link, swaying like temporary motion sickness, the shred of agonizing pestilence trying to find the way to the pilot’s eyes and arms. He offers the other a few seconds to recollect his calm. “Just like Shepard. Have an open mind.” There’s no pang of guilt in what he says, there’s no emotion on his face or in his voice, it’s flat. Simple. One hand holds the cigarette, the tip fretted in a golden fire like a miniature laurel, the other half-closed above his thigh and its marked with deep veins. He doesn’t feel an ion of sympathy for him, he usually doesn’t and that’s good. He might have forgotten how. “And what of you? You only believe that your cause is just and the sacrifice worthwhile. But that amounts to nothing if you don’t succeed. You simply don’t have what it takes to end this war. I do.” He sounds like an intensively private man who’s long departed with compassion in distant years. But he knows what it feels like, he just can’t be damned to show it.

Steve bows his head, brow furrowing. “Just because the odds don’t look great right away doesn’t mean they’re always going to be like that.” Hell, half of that was this man’s fault. Cortez didn’t get it, why fight against the Alliance? Against Shepard? Didn’t Shepard work with Cerberus before all this? Why doom humanity like that? Why did The Illusive Man think he could end the war, with the way he was doing things? It was wrong, on all levels. If he was fighting for humanity, he was become less human in the process. “In a war, neither side can claim victory until the end. Sounds like you already think you’ve won.”
